Open Play Session Policy for Guests
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable pickleball experience for both HUB Members and guests, The HUB SV has implemented daily, timed Open Play Sessions. This program helps manage club traffic, court wait times, and maintain quality play experiences, for all, throughout the day.
Guest Open Play Session Times
- 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Daily)
- 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Daily)
- 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
- 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Saturday)
- 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Sunday)
Important Details
- Every guest must have a Guest Account set up with The HUB SV. (https://bit.ly/HUB_SV_Guest_Account)
- Guests must register and pay in advance for their chosen timeslot via The HUB Pickleball app or CourtReserve. (Guest Open Play Sessions can be found under Events/Categories)
- Availability for each session is limited.
- In/Out privileges only during your session, not between Open Play Sessions.
- Open Play Session registration may be cancelled up to one hour before the session starts for a full refund. Cancellations within one hour, or no shows, are nonrefundable.
- Guests of Members using a Day Pass or Member Guest Benefit to enter The HUB SV, should have the Member register for the Session on their behalf to avoid being charged.
- Guests wishing to use a Day Pass without a Member must register and pay for the Session and then present the Day Pass at the Front Desk. Your Session fee will be refunded at that time.
