Rainy Day Policy for Guest Members

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all members and guests, The Hub has implemented a Rainy Day Program. This program helps manage club traffic and maintain quality play experiences during inclement weather or high-traffic events.

8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
7:00 PM – Close

Important Details

• Limited players per session – reservations required.
• No in-and-out privileges during Guest reserved session.
• Guest players must reserve and pay through CourtReserve in advance. This can be found under the “Events” tab. For day pass or Platinum /Titanium guests, your pass will be processed at check-in.
• Rainy Day Schedules are used not only for weather impacted days but also for managing club capacity during high traffic events to maintain a premium member experience.
